About the Role: As a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will provide person-centred nursing and/or midwifery care, assessing individual needs and planning, implementing and coordinating appropriate services to achieve positive outcomes. You will work with increasing autonomy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to deliver safe, effective care. In this role, you will contribute to quality improvement activities, support care coordination, and provide team leadership as required. You will also play an active role in health education, support the development of students and new staff, and contribute to research and evidence-based practice. As your experience grows, you will provide guidance to less experienced staff and support safe, high-quality care delivery across the service.
