We are currently seeking applications for an Administrative Support Officer, to join RevenueSA, Performance and Strategy at the Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of up to 12 months.

Remuneration:  ASO2 – Salary Range ($64 195 - $67 154 p.a.).

About the opportunity:

Join our team as an Administrative Support Officer! You’ll provide essential admin and business support, coordinate meetings, maintain records in Objective, assist with data entry, office tasks, onboarding, and support accounts payable (Basware). We’re looking for someone with admin experience, knowledge of records management systems and Basware, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills. Work independently and collaboratively to support our branch.

You are an organised and proactive professional who enjoys providing excellent administrative support. You have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and you thrive in a collaborative environment. You are adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude that contributes to a productive and supportive team. Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is highly valued, and you are comfortable using a range of office systems and software.

To be successful you will be:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role
  • Knowledgeable in records management system, (Objective)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communicator and self-starter
