The Opportunity
Legal Services is looking for a motivated People and Culture Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across our organisation.
In this dynamic role you will be providing a range of operational and administrative human resources functions to directors, managers and team leaders. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our people practices and enhancing service delivery across the organisation.
You'll also be a vital part of the People and Culture team's daily operations, offering proactive administrative and coordination support to keep our function running smoothly, efficiently and with a people-first mindset.

Salary Range
$71,589 - $76,033 per annum pro rata plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
As a not-for-profit organisation, Legal Services is able to offer its employees attractive salary sacrifice arrangements, including up to $15,900 pre-tax Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.
Term of Employment
Ongoing contract available at the ASO3 classification level.
What You Need for Success
The ideal candidate will:
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, foster sound working relationships with a range of staff and prepare clear and succinct correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, flexible, conscientious, reliable and enthusiastic and exercise confidence, sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential matters and difficult clients.
- Experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support services.
- Experience in providing advice to employees and management on a range of general human resource matters, including interpreting and applying legislation and policy.
- Experience in collecting and maintaining data, records and preparing reports and other information that supports the work of other staff and the delivery of services.
- Knowledge of administrative processes, systems and records management practices.
