About the Role

Join CALHN as a Senior Business Consultant and play a key role in leading business support services across a large and complex Directorate. Working closely with operational leaders, finance partners and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide leadership, governance and strategic direction to ensure efficient, customer-focused and compliant business services that support high-quality healthcare delivery.

You will drive service improvement, workforce capability and operational excellence while fostering strong partnerships across the organisation. This is an opportunity to influence outcomes, lead change initiatives, support business planning and contribute to the ongoing development of high-performing business support services across CALHN.

About You

You are a collaborative and motivated leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and improving business operations. You bring strong communication skills, sound business acumen and the ability to navigate complex environments while delivering quality outcomes.

• Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or related field

• Lead teams, workforce planning and service improvement

• Manage budgets, reporting and operational performance

• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and influence outcomes

• Drive change, policy implementation and quality initiatives
