About the Role: You will provide person-centred nursing and/or midwifery care while supporting the leadership and day-to-day operations of the ward, unit or service. Working closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, you will help coordinate care delivery, support practice improvements, contribute to workforce management activities, and promote continuity and consistency of care. You will also provide clinical leadership, support the development of students and less experienced staff, and contribute to quality improvement, education and service development initiatives to achieve positive patient outcomes. 940481 RN/M2A Role Description About You:
