About the Role
Join our dynamic Perioperative Service team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager supporting the NUM to lead, coordinate and enhance surgical services. You’ll help build a skilled, collaborative team and ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality patient care every day.

Lead day-to-day theatre operations in the NUM’s absence

Coordinate staff, rosters, and workflow across the unit

Support clinical care and supervise students and nurses

Drive team engagement and foster a positive workplace

Monitor performance and maintain high-quality standards
About You
You are a motivated and collaborative nurse who thrives in a fast-paced theatre environment. You enjoy leading teams, supporting staff, and delivering safe, high-quality care.

Registered nurse with current practising certificate

Skilled in team collaboration, problem solving and negotiation

Experience supervising students and nursing staff
-
Knowledge of WH&S, Quality Improvement and clinical standards

Flexible, innovative and able to prioritise workload effectively
