About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager, leader, and outstanding legal practitioner to lead a team of solicitors and conveyancers within the Commercial, Environment and Native Title (CENT) Section of the Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO). The role involves ensuring the efficient and timely provision of high quality, client-focused legal services to Government clients in property law.

The Executive Solicitor will manage and have the carriage of a property law and conveyancing practice, delivering excellent legal and conveyancing services to Government agencies.
