About the Business
Disability and Specialised Services Our Disability and Specialised Services (DaSS) Division delivers essential support to South Australians through high-quality NDIS services, sector reform, inclusion-focused policy. We provide direct disability supports through Supported Independent Living, and specialised care through our Disability, Clinical and Quality Services, as well as Aged Care Projects. Our work is strengthened by Corporate and Engagement teams, ensuring strong governance, collaboration and positive outcomes for people we support.

The Application Lead - Workforce Rostering (WR) is a role
within Disability and Specialised Services (DaSS) and is
accountable to the Business Systems and Application Manager
for:
• leading the management, optimisation and continuous
improvement of the DaSS WR system to support compliant,
efficient and business-aligned service delivery
• providing system leadership, advice and support to enable
effective planning, reporting, decision making and user
capability across Disability and Specialist Services
• building strong stakeholder relationships and coordinating
system enhancements, change activities and vendor engagement to
deliver strategic and operational outcomes.
Special Conditions
