Grounded in a strong commitment to person-centred planning, service innovation and collaboration across the health and disability sectors, LSA enables participants to achieve meaningful outcomes and live fulfilling lives through coordinated funding and tailored supports. At a pivotal point in its evolution, LSA’s focus now turns to thoughtful, sustainable growth – strengthening impact without compromising efficiency or care. Embarking on a new era of leadership, the Chief Executive will work closely with the Board to set and deliver a clear strategic agenda – elevating organisational performance while maintaining a steadfast commitment to high-quality, human-centred outcomes – balancing long-term direction with executional precision and translating strategy into measurable outcomes to ensure growth is both purposeful and sustainable. Responsible to the Board for the overall stewardship of LSA encompassing financial sustainability, service design and delivery, risk management, culture, governance and operational performance, the Chief Executive will ensure the LSS remains responsive, financially sound and aligned to legislative intent, while strengthening systems, controls and resource allocation to enable the organisation to adapt to evolving demand and stakeholder expectations. Operating at the unique intersection of social and insurance services, the role demands a dynamic, visionary and transformational leader with sophisticated commercial acumen and deep interpersonal credibility. A contemporary, influential, inspiring and values-led executive, you will lead with compassion and clarity while balancing empathy for participants with disciplined decision-making and strategic rigour. With a strong command of financial management, legislative obligations, risk and regulatory governance, underpinned by executive experience in complex, regulated or people-centred environments, you will combine strategic clarity with executional discipline to drive outcomes and lead LSA into its next phase.
