About the role Join a team that makes a real difference in the lives of South Australian women. As a Casual Administration Officer with BreastScreen SA, part of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, you'll play an important role in supporting a vital public health service dedicated to the early detection of breast cancer. Working across a variety of administration support areas—including Client Communication, Reception Support and Image Management—you'll help ensure our services run smoothly and that every client experience is professional, respectful and welcoming. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll use a range of IT systems to deliver high-quality customer service within established timeframes, while maintaining strict confidentiality. You'll liaise with internal stakeholders to provide timely administrative support, and work with a degree of autonomy under the guidance of a Team Leader—using your initiative and sound judgement to resolve day-to-day matters. You'll also contribute to quality assurance activities, supporting continuous improvement across the service.
