Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate visiting specialist appointments and clinic schedules
• Manage patient bookings and waiting lists efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
• Maintain accurate patient records and databases
• Support specialist medical staff during clinic visits

Essential Requirements

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in healthcare administration preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and databases
