About the role

The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, consolidating and analysing data to provide strategic advice and support evidence-based decision making across the Facilities and Infrastructure Procurement team.

The role has a key focus on supporting the Cleaning Services initiatives and the department's contract management and compliance functions. This includes analysing contractor performance, service delivery outcomes, workforce and operational data, identifying trends and risks, and providing assurance that contracted services are being delivered in accordance with departmental requirements.

The Analyst develops and maintains reporting, dashboards, performance measures and data governance processes to support supplier performance monitoring, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality insights that support operational effectiveness, efficient use of resources and informed decision making.

Special conditions

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration

ASO5 $89,007 - $98,991 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
