About the Roles Human Resource Consultant Working as part of the HR Advisory team, you will partner with the Principal HR Business Partner to provide contemporary HR advice and support across workforce planning and employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, retention, redeployment, performance, organisational change, classification and non-compensable injury management. Senior Human Resource Consultant Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, you will provide expert strategic and operational HR consultancy to executive and senior leaders. You will lead complex workforce initiatives, influence HR practices and policy, support organisational development and provide guidance on sensitive employee relations matters. What We're Looking For We are seeking collaborative and solutions-focused HR professionals who build trusted relationships, exercises sound judgement and delivers practical outcomes in a complex environment. Senior Human Resource Consultant - ASO6
Desirable: Experience within healthcare, including Medical Officer workforce support, knowledge of visa and immigration processes and public sector grievance procedures, and relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
