Eligibility Criteria: To be considered eligible to become a Graduate Officer, you must meet the following criteria:
Current Salary: Year 1: ASO3: $71,589 per annum, plus 12% employer super contributions Year 2: ASO4: $79,432 per annum, plus 12% employer super contributions Graduate roles start at the ASO3 level. International students will initially be offered a temporary contract with the option to transition to an ongoing role once they have secured permanent residency. All graduates have the opportunity to transition to the ASO4 level after 12 months upon successful completion of the program.
