We are currently seeking applications for a Taxation Officer, to join RevenueSA, Taxation Services at the Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of up to 4 months.

Remuneration:  ASO3 – Salary Range ($71 589 - $76 033 p.a.).

About the opportunity:

As an ASO3 Taxation Officer in Taxation Services, you will support the administration and collection of South Australia’s taxation revenue, including payroll tax and stamp duty matters.

In this role, you will:

  • Process and assess taxation matters accurately and in line with legislation and procedures
  • Provide clear, professional and respectful service to taxpayers and stakeholders
  • Apply legislation, policies and guidelines to varied and sometimes complex cases
  • Manage a diverse workload in a fast‑paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other business areas to resolve enquiries
  • Maintain strong data integrity and support compliance outcomes
  • Contribute ideas that improve processes, systems and service delivery

You will be supported by experienced team leaders and colleagues in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and professional growth.
