About the Role:

You will provide expert clinical mental health nursing care and consultancy services that support recovery-focused outcomes across community, acute and rehabilitation settings. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will provide leadership, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and support best practice through education, quality improvement and evidence-based care. You will also mentor and support multidisciplinary staff while contributing to safe, innovative and consumer-centred mental health services.

About You: 

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
  • Hold a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health nursing practice and leadership within multidisciplinary settings.
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills with a commitment to recovery-focused care.
