About the Role:

You will deliver high-quality, specialised clinical services while providing professional leadership to allied health staff. You will work with a high level of autonomy to support service development, model of care and workforce initiatives. You will also contribute to improving the quality, safety and accessibility of services across the network.

About You:

• Hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and be eligible for full professional membership/registration.
• Demonstrated ability to apply specialist clinical expertise and deliver complex services.
• Highly developed professional judgement, independence and reflective practice skills.
• Experience contributing to service development, workforce initiatives and quality improvement.
