Take on a key administrative role where your accuracy, confidentiality, and communication skills directly support clinicians and enhance patient care. As a Outpatient Department Medical Typist, you will provide high-quality medical typing and administrative support within a busy Outpatient Department environment, ensuring timely, accurate documentation and smooth communication between patients, clinicians, and external specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely medical typing, electronic document entry, and records management.
• Manage hardcopy and electronic filing in accordance with confidentiality and information management standards.
• Respond professionally to telephone and in-person enquiries from patients, clinicians, and medical specialists.
• Support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager and consulting rooms team with general administrative and clerical duties.
