We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join Occupational Licensing as an ASO2 Client Services Officer. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of licensing and regulatory services that support public safety and professional standards across South Australia. As a Client Services Officer in Occupational Licensing, you will play an important role in delivering friendly, professional and reliable service to members of the public, licence holders and industry stakeholders. Acting as a key point of contact, you will help people navigate licensing processes while ensuring enquiries and applications are handled accurately and efficiently. This role offers variety, strong team support and the opportunity to build valuable experience within a respected public sector environment, that makes a real difference to the South Australian community. About the Business The Attorney‑General’s Department (AGD) is a key portfolio within the South Australian Government, employing more than 1,900 staff. Special Conditions for Employment Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory.
