About the Role: As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide nursing or midwifery care across a variety of health service settings, developing from competent to proficient practice while taking accountability for your own standards and supporting less experienced staff. You will assist the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in leading ward or unit teams, promoting continuity and consistency of care, implementing practice changes, and contributing to the management of staffing, performance, rostering, and resources.
