About the Role: As a Patient Services Administration Officer, you will provide an efficient, effective and high-quality administrative service within the Patient Services Department, supporting Visiting Specialists and the wider hospital. You will contribute to the delivery of an effective medical records service while also assisting with switchboard operations. In this role, you will support internal and external communications across the hospital, including the use of paging and public address systems, monitoring alarms and emergency procedures, and managing the registration of inpatients, outpatients and day patients, including both elective and emergency admissions.
