- Salary: AHA3 $70,293 - $ 74,914 p.a. (pro rata) + Super + Salary Packaging

About the Role
As a Senior Lifestyle Officer, you design and deliver meaningful activities that support independence, wellbeing and quality of life. You build engaging programs, work with a multidisciplinary team and help create positive, connected experiences for people with complex needs.
- Plan and deliver group and individual activities
- Support Allied Health with care and therapy programs
- Build programs that promote independence and wellbeing
- Engage patients, families and carers in activities
- Work with teams to meet diverse consumer needs
- Liaise with community partners to support programs
- Maintain safe, inclusive and welcoming activity spaces
About You
You are creative, compassionate and organised, with the skills to engage people and support meaningful activity programs that enhance wellbeing and connection.
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or similar
- Experience in aged care or similar setting
- Communicate well with diverse people and teams
- Plan activities and write clear, concise notes
- Adapt, solve problems and work well in a team
