About the Role: Join our team as an Aboriginal Cross-Cultural Project Officer and play a vital role in improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people in the Flinders & Upper North region. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of the Aboriginal Cross-Cultural Education Package and skill-building workshops for health staff, while supporting service coordination to strengthen culturally safe care. Working collaboratively with health units, community councils, service providers, and other stakeholders, you'll help reduce duplication, enhance service distribution, and contribute to key performance outcomes in Aboriginal Health.
