About the Role

As a Change Lead in the Change, Communications and Partnerships team, you will partner with project teams and leaders to plan and deliver high impact people and strategic change across a range of organisational initiatives.

You will also contribute to building organisational capability in change management by supporting teams to embed practical tools, frameworks and consistent approaches to change.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role works closely with project teams to ensure the people side of change is considered from design through to implementation and adoption.

  • Coach and guide project teams and leaders to embed change management and stakeholder engagement into project planning and delivery, including sprint planning and implementation activities.
  • Design and deliver integrated change and communication strategies across the change portfolio, ensuring messaging, engagement activities and transition planning are coordinated and aligned.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, gathering stakeholder feedback and insights to refine approaches and report progress, risks and outcomes to senior leaders.
  • Build organisational capability in change management, strengthening frameworks, tools and ways of working while partnering with the EPMO to uplift project team capability and embed consistent practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, change management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change management activities within complex programs or projects, including stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness analysis.
  • Experience partnering with project teams and leaders to design and implement change and engagement strategies that support adoption of new systems, processes or ways of working.
  • Experience evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives, including designing evaluation activities, analysing insights and providing clear recommendations to program or senior leaders.
  • Experience applying recognised change management frameworks or methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR Model, Lean Change Management, Kotter’s model or similar.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams across an organisation.
  • The ability to navigate complexity and competing priorities in an evolving and responsive delivery environment, including projects delivered using agile or iterative approaches.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building organisational capability in change management and stakeholder engagement.

We value diversity, innovation, and heart. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
