We are currently seeking applications for multiple Customer Service Officers  to join the Shared Services Business Systems team with Department of Treasury & Finance until June 2027 based at our Port Adelaide office.

Shared Services SA (SSSA)  deliver essential business and finance services across areas of payroll, accounts payable and receivable, tax and financial accounting, and business systems which enable government agencies to focus on serving the community. SSSA support daily operations to driving innovation, your work at Shared Services SA powers the public sector behind the scenes.

About the Opportunity

The Customer Service Officer delivers a range of high‑quality customer services that support the reliable and efficient operation of system support services for SA Government agencies.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver professional, responsive and timely support to Shared Services SA customers in line with agreed service levels
  • Provide first‑level advice and system support to staff and managers, following government policies, procedures and controls
  • Resolve and manage service requests end‑to‑end using a case management system
  • Prioritise and balance competing tasks to consistently meet service standards in a fast‑paced environment
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying smarter ways of working
  • Contribute to system upgrades, testing and enhancements

Remuneration

ASO3 ($71,589 – $76,033 p.a.) + 12% Superannuation
