Looking for a role where organisation, technology and customer support come together? Join our team as a Training Support Officer - iLearn and play a key role in supporting learning and workforce capability across the Yorke and Mid North Region. About the Role In this role, you'll provide frontline support to end users, managers and facilitators while helping ensure training systems and records remain accurate, accessible and efficient. From creating user accounts and managing training access to processing recognition of prior learning (RPL) requests and maintaining attendance and completion records, your work will directly support the delivery of workforce learning outcomes. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, WorldLearn or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
