About the Role
Join our Board Services team as a Senior Project Officer and support high level governance and executive functions. In this role, you manage board processes, coordinate reporting and support key projects that enable informed decision making across CALHN.
• Coordinate Board papers and meeting logistics
• Provide secretariat support to Board committees
• Collate and manage reports within set timeframes
• Support onboarding and induction of Board members
• Provide advice to executive leaders and key stakeholders
• Assist Ministerial and government relations tasks
• Support projects across the Executive Leadership team
About You
You are organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced executive environment. You manage complex information, build strong relationships and deliver high quality support that keeps governance processes on track.
• Experience supporting committees, agendas and minutes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analyse information and prepare clear briefings and reports
• Manage sensitive work and meet tight deadlines
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and document systems
