About the Business

Workforce Development and Integrity

The Workforce Development and Integrity Division plays a critical role in building our capable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce and by extension, supporting the delivery of safe, trusted services for the South Australian community. The division provides internal strategic and operational workforce services, whilst also contributing to the boarder public safety and integrity through the provision of screening services.

Role Details

The Team Leader, Assessment is a role within Screening Unit and is accountable to the General Manager, Assessment for:
• supervising and managing a team responsible for low/medium risk screening assessments
• administrating, planning and managing low/medium risk assessments involving highly sensitive matters in accordance with relevant legislation
• recognising when decisions should be escalated to a higher level in accordance with the Screening Unit approvals authorisation matrix
• developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Special Conditions

National Police Clearance.
Employment-related Screening Check required.

Salary Range

$112,163-$121,246
