  • Salary  MDP-2   $99,707 - $158,523 p.a.+ super + salary packaging
  • Full-time temporary  

Duration of the training program: 12 months from 9/8/27 up to 6/8/28

Term of the Contract: 3 Years in line with clause 52 of the Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement

At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3 year contract.

About the Role

Step into an ENT Fellow role where you’ll deliver high-quality care, shape clinical practice and build expertise across inpatient and outpatient services. You’ll support safe, cost-effective care while growing in teaching, research and service improvement.

• Deliver day-to-day patient care under consultant guidance
• Manage inpatient and outpatient workload
• Lead clinical review and quality assurance work
• Prepare reports and support service improvement
• Teach and supervise junior doctors and students
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and referrers
• Support research and evidence-based care

About You

You’re a capable ENT clinician ready to step up, with strong judgement, clear communication and a collaborative approach to patient care, teaching and service delivery.

• MBBS or equivalent with AHPRA registration
• Postgraduate research qualification
• Experience in ENT including head neck and robotic work
• Supervise junior staff and work in multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate clearly and manage concerns with care
