About the Role
Step into a key leadership role in our Outpatient and Acute Inpatient dialysis units, where you’ll guide care, shape practice and support a high-performing team. You’ll build capability, maintain quality standards and partner closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to deliver safe, consistent patient care.
- Lead dialysis unit operations and daily flow
- Support staff growth, guide practice and build capability
- Partner with Nurse Unit Manager on workforce, roster and leave plans
- Drive care consistency and implement practice change
- Manage performance, recruitment and attendance
- Oversee supplies, budget input and resource use
- Foster strong team and stakeholder relationships
About You
You’re a capable and compassionate dialysis nurse ready to step into leadership, with the skills and insight to support teams and deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Registered nurse with current AHPRA practising certificate
- Demonstrate dialysis skills across haemodialysis and PD
- Communicate clearly and resolve issues with confidence
- Prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision
- Support staff, guide learners and build team capability
