Job reference: 838875 Location: 5000 - ADELAIDE Job status: Ongoing Eligibility: Open to Everyone The CourtSA Contact Centre team is the front line service area of the Courts Administration Authority providing assistance via telephone, email and LiveChat to court users, legal practitioners and members of the public across the civil and criminal jurisdictions of the Supreme Court, District Court, Environment, Resources and Development Court, Youth Court, Magistrates Court and Probate. The CourtSA Contact Centre Consultant is responsible for providing administrative support and high-level customer service in a contact centre environment, including procedural advice and assistance on court processes, rules and online systems as well as providing technical assistance in CourtSA.
