As a leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, you will support the delivery of engaging lifestyle and wellbeing programs for residents within our Residential Care Home - Hammill House. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, health professionals and volunteers, you'll play an important role in creating meaningful experiences that support residents' cognitive, social and physical wellbeing.
