Manager, Workforce Relations, you’ll lead a team of
specialists, steer complex industrial matters, and represent the
Department in critical forums.
You’ll influence enterprise bargaining, drive modern
workforce practices, and help shape a capable, engaged and

You are a proactive,

environments. You build trusted relationships, provide strategic
workforce relations advice, and bring strong industrial and
employee relations expertise to guide negotiations, lead a high
performing team, and deliver outcomes aligned with the
Department’s values.
Educational
Qualifications / Licences
- A degree and or post
graduate qualification in relevant discipline is
desirable.
Special
Conditions
- A National Police
Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department
for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every
three years.
- Some out of hours and
weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring
overnight stays, may be required.
