About the RoleApplications are now open for our October 2026 Enrolled Nurse Transition Program. If you're completing your Diploma of Nursing this year, we encourage you to apply now and begin your nursing career with confidence. This 26-week transition program is designed for newly graduated Enrolled Nurses, or Enrolled Nurses returning to acute care after time away from the sector. Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses and Clinical Facilitators, you'll consolidate your clinical knowledge, develop practical skills and gain valuable experience across a supportive acute care environment. Successful participants who complete the program will transition to casual employment within Limestone Coast Local Health Network, with each intake forming part of our ongoing workforce development program.
