About the Role: As a Rehabilitation Clinician - Mental Health, you will deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented services to consumers across a range of settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals, their families, and carers through evidence-based interventions focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and community reintegration. You will apply your clinical knowledge and skills to assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and contribute to therapeutic programs, including individual and group interventions. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will support positive consumer outcomes while managing your workload, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to a safe and effective service environment.
