Join SA Health as a Nurse Consultant in our Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) and make a meaningful difference in forensic mental health care. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network's specialised Forensics Mental Health Service unit, providing expert clinical assessment and consultation in threat assessment and risk management. To be eligible for this position, you must Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or holds a qualification in mental health practice. Forensic Mental Health - A statewide service that provides inpatient, rehabilitation and community mental health services to meet the needs of forensic patients and prisoners. Community Sites - Elizabeth GP Plus, Modbury GP Plus and Gilles Plains GP Plus Super Clinics providing community based care.
