We are currently seeking applications for Finance and Payroll Officers to join the Department for Treasury and Finance (DTF) through our recruitment pool. This cohort will be used to fill roles across Payroll, Taxation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Customer Service functions, based at our Adelaide CBD and Port Adelaide locations. transformation. About our branch Shared Services SA (SSSA) delivers essential payroll, finance, taxation and business system services that support South Australian Government agencies. By providing reliable services across payroll, accounts payable and receivable, taxation, financial accounting and work injury management, SSSA enables agencies to focus on delivering outcomes for the community. Working behind the scenes, SSSA is committed to providing timely, accurate and contemporary services, supported by strong customer service and a focus on quality. These roles are critical to ensuring accurate processing, timely payments, and high-quality service to government agencies, employees and external stakeholders. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is critical and some tasks are repetitive. Success in this role requires resilience, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Suitable applicants will be invited to attend an assessment centre to assess skills and suitability for Shared Services roles. Successful applicants will be placed in a merit pool to fill vacancies across Shared Services over a 12-month period.
