About the Role:

You will support consumers to maintain their independence and continue living safely in their own homes. You will provide domestic assistance including meal preparation, housekeeping and laundry duties, while building positive relationships with consumers and supporting their individual care goals. Working independently in the community, you will deliver flexible, person-centred services and contribute to quality outcomes through collaboration, communication and ongoing professional development.

About You:

  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured motor vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with consumers and families.
  • Experience or interest in domestic assistance, housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Flexible, compassionate and committed to delivering quality, person-centred support.
