This position is multi‑classed as either RN/M1 or RN/M2C and the appointment classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

This role offers professional growth, flexible working hours, and opportunity for multidisciplinary involvement in a scenic, close-knit regional town. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will play an active role in leadership, education and service development. This includes supporting and mentoring less experienced staff and students, contributing to a positive learning culture, and participating in research, clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives. You will assist in coordinating team activities, support change processes, and act as a key resource within the unit, helping to strengthen care delivery, professional practice and overall service performance.
