About the role The Support Officer provides administrative and project support to the BloodSafe eLearning Australia Program, managing helpdesk enquiries, reporting, and website updates while assisting with data analysis, customer service, and evaluation activities to ensure smooth program delivery. BloodSafe eLearning Australia develops evidence based on line education for health professionals on patient blood management and transfusion practice. BloodSafe eLearning Australia receives joint national funding provided by the National Blood Authority, on behalf of all Australian Governments, to enable free access for all learners. All courses are based on national published guidelines, evidence-based practice and expert opinion, and provide nationally consistent and current education for health professionals.
