About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) as a Medical Practitioner or Fellow within Orthopaedic Trauma, contributing to high‑quality surgical and trauma care within a dynamic, supportive, and rapidly growing clinical environment. In this role, you will take a key role in managing the care of patients within the Orthopaedic Department. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate patient assessment, peri‑operative management, acute and elective orthopaedic care, and timely clinical decision‑making. Your active involvement in continuous quality improvement, clinical governance, and education activities will be highly valued and supported. This role also offers unique development opportunities, including the potential to undertake rotations at the Royal Darwin Hospital, providing exposure to diverse clinical presentations and broadening your training experience. To be eligible for this position at MDP2 classification, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration. To be eligible for this position at MDP3 classification, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery MBBS or equivalent. Obtained a Specialist Qualification and is registrable as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration.
