Job reference: 841269 Location: 5000 - ADELAIDE Job status: Ongoing Eligibility: Open to Everyone About the opportunity We have an ongoing opportunity for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our strategic, contemporary and outcome focussed team. This opportunity will suit someone who is driven and passionate about delivering an effective HR Business Partnership model whilst supporting the WHS functions for the SA Housing Trust. About the Role The HR Business Partner reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner will undertake work under broad direction. You will be accountable for the delivery of high-level HR management advice on complex HR matters to specific work units within the SA Housing Trust that result in improved workforce relations and management of policies, practices and systems. Working within the People, Culture and Resilience Directorate, you will be a key contributor to the equitable, consistent application and development of HR management practices across the SA Housing Trust, drive best practice change management processes and influence and empower leaders in performance management, grievance resolution and stakeholder engagement, through effective business partnering. coaching to leaders on new processes and procedures, as well as
